R.E.A.L.® BOXING FITNESS CLASSES
Group cardio-boxing fitness training, for all levels, consisting of 6 or more people with a trainer. Classes are 50 minutes and participants work with a partner. The workout is inclusive of boxing gloves, punch mitts and boxing timer with R.E.A.L. Boxing. Throw real-time punches with boxing footwork in 2-3 minute boxing drills!
Ideal for agency, organization, and community group fitness programs, parties, and special occasions.
COMBINATION TRAINING CLASSES
Advanced-level group boxing fitness training consisting of 6 or more people with a trainer. Classes are 50 minutes and focus on building strength, cardio and agility through boxing conditioning training and the mastery of various boxing combinations.
Ideal for cardio-boxing participants that desire more of a challenging workout.
